Order and Payment

How to order?

1. Add your products into your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart".
2. Click the "View Cart" link on the top right corner to review your order.
3. Review your order to be certain it is correct and then go "Check Out".
4. Follow the instructions to enter your email and shipping details to confirm your order, an confirmation email will be sent to you. Now you can start making payment.

Domestic Payment

Payment need to be made in full amount before we ship products. We accept cheque, direct bank deposit, Paypal and most major Credit Cards.

1. Pay by Credit Card

The quickest and easiest way to pay us. We now accept PayPal and most major Credit Cards. Follow the order instruction, choose "Pay Now by Credit Card" after check out.

2. Pay us by using Internet or Phone Banking:

For either online payment or phone banking, you need to add Gengswords NZ as a bill payment. Once you are set up, call your phone banking system, or log in to the appropriate online bank and make your payment.

In order to get your order processed as quickly as possible, please quote your ORDER NUMBER as well as possibly your email address for references. Payments made without your order number do not contain sufficient information for us to reconcile.

Even though electronic transactions are deducted from your account instantly, they are not transferred to our account until the following business day. E.g. payments made on Friday at 7pm will not be processed until the following Tuesday. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive the fund, you will be fully noticed by email.

We will send the goods as soon as the cheque is clear.
It normally takes 4-5 business days to process.

Please note we do not accept cash by mail, as we are not responsible for any mail lost. If you choose to send us cash via mail it is entirely at your own risk.

International Orders & Payment

Credit cards and Paypal are accepted for International buyers. Order steps are as the same above. Shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Depends on your location, we will add appropriate shipping cost to your order.
