General

Adult buyers only! All swords and knives will only be sold to customers 18 years and over.

Swords are not toys, treat your swords with regards and respect. Inspect your katana each time you handle your sword. Do not swing your katana carelessly. A katana sword is a live weapon that is only intended for display or use by martial arts professionals with proper training and under supervision of a qualified instructor. We will not be held responsible for any damages, injuries, or death resulting from use or misuse. Any warranty, refunds, exchanges will be immediately void upon use. Please keep any katana or blades out of reach or children and never handle a katana in a dangerous or threatening manner.

Shipping in NZ

A minimum shipping and handling charge of $15 will be applied to every order. All swords and knives will only be shipped to customers over 18 years old. We use various courier companies, the normal shipping time is 1-2 working days in quotation. All shippings come with a Track & Trace number. Overweight and oversized orders will incur an additional charge.

Shipping to other countries

We ship worldwide by International track and trace. So far we have no problem sending to Australia, US, Canada and Europe (not all countries). Shipping and handling fees, duties, and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Please also check your country custom regulations before ordering. Normally it will take 5-10 working days for your order to delivered by air. Please feel free to contact us and check your order status.

Back Ordered & Pre Orders

Any item that is out of stock will be backordered for shipment when product is available, unless stated otherwise. Full amount of payment is required for pre-orders. Shortage of products is possible and shipping times may vary. Please contact us first for pre orders.

Loss in Transit

Within 7 days of receipt of consignment the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition. No claims or replacement will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods (except international orders).

Return of Goods

Requests to return goods must be submitted within 7 days from the date of supply and the original invoice number must be quoted in New Zealand. You must contact us for a return authorization number. Returns without RA number will be refused! We can not refund international orders.

Where goods are accepted they must be delivered at the buyer expense into the our store in original condition and packaging.

We reserves the right to levy a restocking fee against any returns we may agree to accept. such fees may be up to 15% of the invoice priced and levied at our absolute discretion.

Defective Products

We check our products carefully. We are happy to replace any defective products only if you agree "Return of goods" policy. When items are covered by other manufacturer's warranty, these items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
